Before You Book, Please Review Our Liability Waiver

By booking at Glamping Off the Beaton Path, you (on behalf of your party) acknowledge, agree and represent that you have carefully read and fully understood the waiver and agreed to its terms freely and voluntarily.

1. Assumption of Risks:

 

I acknowledge and understand that glamping activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to the potential for adverse weather, uneven and slippery terrain, wildlife encounters, being in the presence of other’s pets, and the use of open flames.

 

 

2. Encounters with Pets:

 

I understand that I may encounter other participants' pets during the glamping activities. I acknowledge that Glamping Off the Beaton Path is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused by or resulting from the actions of other participants' pets.

 

 

3. Injuries from Other Glampers:

I acknowledge and understand that injuries may occur due to the actions of other glampers. I accept that Glamping Off the Beaton Path cannot guarantee the behaviour or actions of other participants, and I release Glamping Off the Beaton Path from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action that may arise out of or in connection with injuries caused by other glampers/guests.

 

 

4. Release and Waiver:

In consideration for being permitted to participate in glamping activities organized by Glamping Off the Beaton Path, I hereby release, discharge and hold harmless Glamping off the Beaton Path, its employees and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions or causes of action that may arise out of or in connection with my participation in the glamping activities.

 

 

5. Insurance:

I understand that Glamping Off the Beaton Path does not provide any insurance coverage for my personal property, injuries, or damages that may occur during my glamping stay.
